BLOG - 01/14/09 We are excited to offer all our customers the convenience of paying an invoice directly from our website. This is a secure method of payment and is Houston Screen Print's preferred method of accepting invoice payments. Using the Payments link from the navigation bar above takes the customer to a web page where they can enter the invoice amount and invoice number. Then the customer hits the "Make a Payment" button and is taken to our secure shopping cart. There they verify the payment amount and invoice number is correct before hitting the check out button. At this point the customer enters there billing and shipping information before selecting a payment method of PayPal or Major Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa). Once the customer enters all their information and submits payment, a receipt can be printed our for there records. Houston Screen Print then gets notified of the payment and the job is added to our production schedule. Garments are then ordered is needed to complete the job. Our artwork department prepares the artwork and gives the final artwork file to our production manager who then gets the job ready for printing. By using this method to accept payments on invoices Houston Screen Print no longer has to take down the customer's credit card information. This provides an extra level of security for our customers. The design is the property of the designer and can not be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the owner. Screen charge is for rental of the screen for the print job. It does not mean you purchased a screen or that we keep your artwork on screens. Artwork charges apply if artwork is not screen print ready. If customer provides shirts, Houston Screen Print will not warranty the work and any misprints will be considered as a print owed and not a garment owed. If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, customer waives the right to mediation and Houston Screen Print shall seek resolution through the courts. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing and each job is custom. Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery. By ordering from Houston Screen Print you by default understand the information just mention above and agree to submit to these stipulations. CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act): Due to the recent legislation passed regarding products sold to children under the age of 12, Houston Screen Print no longer prints shirt designed specifically to be worn by children under the age of 12. That is not to say that youth size shirts will no longer be available because there is a large population of adults that wear and fit into youth sizes shirts. So all orders place which include youth size shirts will be subject to this new policy and each customer agrees that youth size shirts will not be worn by children under 12. Our products are designed, manufactured, sold and intended to be worn only by adults and children over 12 years of age. By doing business with Houston Screen Print, you the customer, understand and agree that Houston Screen Print is not manufacturing products to be worn by children under the age of 12; therefore, we cannot be held liable for a customer's misuse of our product. |
