If customer provides shirts, Houston Screen Print will not warranty the work and any misprints will be considered as a print owed and not a garment owed. If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, customer waives the right to mediation and Houston Screen Print shall seek resolution through the courts. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing and each job is custom. Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery.
