PAYMENT: Full payment is required to begin printing. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa). If an order is not paid for it will not get put on our print schedule which will cause a delay in turn around time. We offer a convienent web payment page to make paying invoices easy for our customers.

MINIMUMS: Unless stated otherwise on the respective services page, our minimum order is 24 pieces or 72 pieces for contract printing. Additionally, there is a minimum of 24 pieces per colorway for contract printing.

TURNAROUND TIME: Typical turnaround time is 5 to 10 working days from the time full payment is collected and art mockups are approved with a signature or via email. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround.

HOLIDAYS: Houston Screen Print offers its eligible full-time regular employees 9 paid holidays each calendar year. These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush charges.

Orders placed after December 12 through December 24 are subject to a 15 day turnaround time.

RUSH ORDERS: We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than 10 business days and we strive to fulfill those orders. If an order is being shipped, then the rush charges apply to our production time only. The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by Houston Screen Print. Rush orders require payment in full to begin printing. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.

OUT OF STOCKS: It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.

ESTIMATES: Estimates expire in 15 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.

ART AND PREPARATORY MATERIALS: Art must be complete and to final print size. Art, separations, films, screens, and other items supplied by Houston Screen Print remain the property of Houston Screen Print. See our artwork specifications page.

BEST PRINT METHOD: We will always choose what we think is the best print method for your job unless you specify otherwise.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS: Customer-supplied garments are subject to a 2% misprint allowance. Any isprints will be credited as a print owed and not a garment owed.

PROOFS: Additional charges apply for press proofs based on the complexity of the print and the amount of time on the press.

COLORS: You cannot trust the colors in our mockup to be true when viewed on a monitor or printed page. Using a current Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate color with us. If you are sensitive about the print color then please verify against a Pantone swatch. We cannot be held responsible for a color verified against the visual mockup only.

MISTAKES: In the event that we make a mistake printing your shirts and determine that it was our fault, then we will reprint these garments for you at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: Overruns or underruns not to exceed 10% on quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery. Houston Screen Print will bill for actual quantity printed.

SHIPPING: Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

PACKAGING: All items will be bulk packaged. We currently do not offer individual folding, tagging, bagging, etc.

GARMENT SORTING (for contract printing): If we have to do a large amount of sorting in order to break up your order into various designs then a separate sorting fee may apply. For example, if you are printing 3 designs and we have to divide every dozen shirts into 4 shirts per designs then we may have to add a sorting fee.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Houston Screen Print cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION: In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order (Have the items been ordered? Have any of the items been printed? Etc.) and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges.

REFUNDS: Since all jobs are custom jobs, the Customer shall be responsible for proofreading all the typesetting and layout of the artwork to be printed. Only after Customer's approval shall the job be printed. Houston Screen Print will not be responsible for re-printing jobs that have been proofed and approved. Any item that has been proofed and approved will only be corrected at Customer's expense. Refunds will be given if customer contacts us prior to any garments being printed.

CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act): Due to the recent legislation passed regarding products sold to children under the age of 12, Houston Screen Print no longer prints shirt designed specifically to be worn by children under the age of 12. That is not to say that youth size shirts will no longer be available because there is a large population of adults that wear and fit into youth sizes shirts. So all orders place which include youth size shirts will be subject to this new policy and each customer agrees that youth size shirts will not be worn by children under 12. Our products are designed, manufactured, sold and intended to be worn only by adults and children over 12 years of age. By doing business with Houston Screen Print, you the customer, understand and agree that Houston Screen Print is not manufacturing products to be worn by children under the age of 12; therefore, we cannot be held liable for a customer's misuse of our product.

All prepress work including but not limited to screens, art work, films and embroidery files are the sole property of Houston Screen Print. The design is the property of the designer and can not be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the owner. Screen charge is for rental of the screen for the print job. It does not mean you purchased a screen or that we keep your artwork on screens. Artwork charges apply if artwork is not screen print ready. If customer provides shirts, Houston Screen Print will not warranty the work and any misprints will be considered as a print owed and not a garment owed. If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, customer waives the right to mediation and Houston Screen Print shall seek resolution through the courts. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing and each job is custom. All customers are expected to review and verify the invoice received is correct, as that is what will be printed and shipped out to you (Sizes, Styles, Quantities, and Colors, etc). Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery. By ordering from Houston Screen Print you by default understand the information just mention above and agree to submit to these stipulations.

Houston Screen Print will not deliberately reproduce copyright or trademark logos and/or artwork without asking Customer. Customer agrees to be liable for any and all legal fees that results from any misuse of logos and/or artwork that contains specific copyright(s) or trademark(s) in which they fail to obtain authorization.
